I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Shannon Bailey, and I am a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and dedicated student of this lifelong practice.​ 

This space is designed to support and inspire your inward journey.​​  Here, you’ll find practical tools such as online meditations and and virtual class offerings to help you reconnect with your body, deepen your breath, and cultivate a steady, grounded presence.

My teaching style

In my classes, I guide you through exploratory movement with cues that help you tune into your own body and learn from it. ​ Each practice gives you time to truly feel into each pose, creating space for personal discovery. I invite you to connect with your body’s natural rhythms to quiet the mind, listen to intuitive sensations, and gently challenge your patterns—whether that means softening when you're used to pushing, or using the breath to stay in a posture longer than you thought possible.

Pranayama, or breath control, is a core part of my practice both as a teacher and a student. Together, we use the breath to ground ourselves and consciously move prana (energy) through the body.
